Setup guide – Livionkey iLoq

Background:
Because there are many components in motion, we've compiled a list outlining requirements, clarifications, and areas of responsibility to ensure the seamless integration between Inlet and the lock system.

Practical and Technical Requirements:

1. Installer installs the automat.
2. The automat and keys are added to the Livionkey app (https://app.livionkey.com/).
3. Create API keys for Inlet to use:
   1. On the left click "Service Accounts"
   2. In the top right corner click the "+ Create" button
   3. Give the API access a Name, and give it the role of "API"
   4. Click "+ Save"
4. Copy the ID and the Private key and send it securely following theese principles: https://kb.inlet.tech/kb/sending-data-securly/.
   
   
5. Inlet needs to receive the following to email support@inlet.tech :
   
   • Customer Name
   • ID
   • Private Key
   • Details regarding what doors to control
6. Inlet retrieves IDs for the locks to configure Inlet with the locking system.
7. Inlet provides information to the main system/booking system for testing.
8. Inlet requires a minimum of 2 weeks of testing with the main system/booking system after the installer has completed all the steps above
