To get started with integrating Mews and Inlet you need to do the following:
- Inside the Mews dashboard :
- Go to Marketplace > My subscriptions and search for Inlet
- Click the button labeled either "Start Integration ->" or "Add to Mews (+)"
- We will then receive API details so we can connect to MEWS.
- Please send an email to support@inlet.tech and make sure agreements and contracts are in order, and we have what is needed to get started.
- Go to Marketplace > My subscriptions and search for Inlet
- Setup your locks with Inlet by using the correct setup guide for your specific locks
- Once both the Mews and locks are setup and configured, we need information about the following on email to support@inlet.tech:
- What locks should be mapped to what room.
- What sms/emails should the customer receive and when.
- We support checkin, and checkout notifications that could be offset with any number of minutes both before or after.
